Osea Leisure Park to Maldon

An easy 2-3 hour trip over 4 nautical miles, launching from OSEA LEISURE PARK and paddling along the pretty shoreline of the blackwater to Maldon. Here we land to enjoy a hot drink from the onshore cafe (when open) and enjoy the sites and sounds of the estuary.
Your kayak, buoyancy aid & paddle is included as well as secure parking and a hot shower is available upon our return. There is an excellent restaurant and bar on site as well as a beautiful camping ground with traditional Tipee tents. Spend the night, enjoy a day out on the water paddling with your family and enjoy a good drink at the bar before turning in. Just turn up and off we go! There is a 11% dsicount for all group bookings of 6 or more paddlers. Family groups of 4 or more enjoy a 10% discount on food at the Barge clubhouse. |

Seal Colony Visit

A 3-4 hour estuary paddle covering a total of 6 nautical miles to visit a wild seal colony through the backwaters of Walton-on-the-Naze. Shallow sometimes turbulant water with strong but manageable currents.
There is a restaurant with a bar on site and changing facilities and hot showers and secure parking is included in the price. Suitable for novice paddlers of average fitness. All equipment is provided - adults only. The departure guideline time is 10am. All your programme details are listed in our menu under "EVENT INFORMATION". |
