HALF DAY TRIPS
Half to full day guided kayak trips designed for adults of average fitness using a choice of sit-on-top or sea kayaks. Paddlers do not need any special skills (unless they paddle sea kayaks) for these trips but a good attitude to the outdoors is required.
Equipment is provided and great facilities including hot showers, restaurant, pub and secure parking on selected trips.
FAMILY TRIPS
These trips are designed specifically for families, particularly those with children who want to spend quality time kayaking together as a family, probably as part of a holiday in the area.
These are guided trips and for complete novice paddlers and all the necessary equipment is provided. The area we tour is sheltered, varied and beautiful with stopovers and beautiful vessels moored around us.
There is a good quality restaurant and bar on site as well as secure parking and hot showers and changing facilities. All ages from 10 years welcome and no fitness or skills are needed.
MULTI DAY SIT-ON-TOP KAYAK TRIPS
These are extended trips that require a positive approach to the outdoors. Trips are usually 2 nights and 3 days and participants must provide all of their own camping equipment. No specific skills are needed as groups camp together daily tasks such as cooking is shared.
These trips should be looked at as ’adventures’ and not just a kayak trip. We generally experience variable weather conditions from warm sunshine & flat seas to rain and some wind.
All trips are guided by qualified Sea Kayak Guides. There is at least one trip launching each month throughout the season (April to September).
MULTI DAY SEA KAYAK TRIPS
These trips are designed specifically for sea kayakers with their own sea kayaks and equipment. Our ’Mother Ship’ trip departing from Holyhead Harbour doesn’t require your own kayak as these are supplied.
Trips are anything from 2-7 days and some trips require ’wild camping’. We’ll explore caves, and rock gardens, play in the surf and generally soak up the sun and have a good time. These trips are along the Dorset Jurassic Coast, Cornwall and Anglesey & west coast (Mother Ship).
Itineraries are flexible and built around the group. These are true sea kayak trips covering anything from 4 to 12 nautical miles each day in fair conditions, sometimes less if paddling from the ’Mother Ship’.

"Due to bad weather conditions at sea (10.11.07) Our beginners course was moved to Alton Water. However Debbie and I had a Fantastic time and learnt so much. Kurt was friendly, charming, very knowledge..."
