Everyone can benefit from increasing their flexibility! We have many students and guests who ask us what they can do for their fitness before they join us kayaking. We are not personal trainers, but we are professional Guides! Here are a few easy exercises you can do at home, without any need for equipment. 

These will help your overall flexibility, hopefully making your experience kayaking more enjoyable, enabling you to be more comfortable while in the water for extended periods of time as well as making getting into, out of and recovering your kayak easier.
