It was a fantastic day altogether! I had the best time – really enjoying a day's paddling & at the same time learning all the basic skills I need. Kurt prepared a Coaching Session Plan based upon my overall objectives - and the specific skills I would need on my Antarctic trip. Everything was covered thoroughly – both the beach based theory and then in the water. I found Kurt’s coaching style to be friendly, professional & supportive. His instruction was well paced, and he made sure I had a good grasp of everything. I know I need to practice more, but now, I have the confidence to do just that, and build on the skills I learned with Kurt.
Thanks Lindi, looking forward to photos from your trip later this year.
