Extending your paddling is easier said than done! Ask yourself the question; "what if?" What if I capsize? What if I can't re-enter my kayak, What if I'm sick or injured?
A few basic items of safety gear will make all the difference & could mean the difference between life and death. An hour and a half of dedicated time from a coach & guide of 18 years experience, running through the essentials to stay alive in deep, tidal water & get home safely. This session will save you time, money & hassle. It could even save your life!

This is a land based programme. Toilets & free parking available on site as well as a good restaurant & bar; The Locke and Quay.
