This is the next step from our Introduction to Kayaking course, venturing into deep, tidal water.

The Basics
- Three stages; 1. Clothing & Equipment Check & Summary 2. Water session teaching basic strokes. LUNCH 3. Introduction to Tow System (short/long) & Assisted Recovery.
- Starts at 10am, finishes 4-5pm dependant on weather & group.
