Our standards

What do you expect from guests?

Follow your guide's instructions, arrive on time and prepared, be honest about your health and ability, and treat staff, other guests, landowners, the public and wildlife with respect.

Outdoor activity carries real risk, and the group's safety depends on everyone.

What is your policy on abusive behaviour?

We are a Christian company and uphold Christian values. We treat everyone with courtesy and expect the same in return, in person, by phone, by email and online.

We don't tolerate abuse, threats or intimidation towards our staff or other guests from anyone. Where it happens, we may refuse participation, cancel bookings and decline future service.

This never stops you making an honest complaint or leaving a fair review.

What if I'm not happy?

Tell us as soon as possible at adventure@nomadseakayaking.co.uk with your name, booking date, the event and what you'd like us to do.

We'll look into it fairly and reply promptly. Calm, clear communication gets problems solved fastest.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, on events where it's stated. If we fall short, we'll normally move you to the next suitable date for the same or a similar event.

It doesn't cover things outside our control, such as weather, tides or wildlife not appearing.

Why should I trust you on the water?

For over 21 years we've worked as full-time professional sea kayak guides and coaches, with a 100% clean safety record.

Our guides are British Canoeing and ISKGA trained, first-aid qualified and carry marine VHF radios.
