Fjallraven Polar & NOMAD Sea Kayaking

Fjällräven Polar have brought together 20 people from across the globe for a 300km dog sledding expedition across the arctic tundra. For six days, participants will drive their own dog sled across the vast landscapes of northern Scandinavia, experiencing a world completely different from their own. Sleeping in tents in pairs on frozen lakes & even under the open sky with Northern Lights, they will test their physical endurance & mental fortitude amongst the toughest conditions anywhere on the globe.

NOMAD Sea Kayaking's own Rebecca MacInnes (Becky) arrived in Sweden early this morning for her initial kit out & training before their departure early on Saturday morning. We all wish Becky & her team of huskies the very best of luck & pray for her safe return to us on the 7th April 2023.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

Since surfing with the pros as a kid in Durban South Africa on my hollow 12ft barge & getting absolutely trashed, I was hooked on sea paddling. Over a period of forty-two years I’ve surfed, white watered & sea kayaked in locations around the world. I've guided as a full-time professional for the past nineteen years & my journey continues.
