What after sales service do you offer?

NOMAD Sea Kayaking will liase with the manufacturer on your behalf should there be a problem with your item. NSK also provides objective advice based on our experience & knowledge in the best interest off our customers.

Do you offer repairs under warranty?

NOMAD Sea Kayaking does not repair or work on any of the items we sell online. Each manufacturer offers their own warranty & NSK liases with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers. Customers can of course liase directly with the manufacturer.

What is the advantage of buying through NOMAD Sea Kayaking?

You benefit from NOMAD Sea Kayaking's sixteen years in business working with our manufacturers. And you get professional and accurate advice provided by our in-house experts. So you get what you need and NOT what a shop retailer wants to sell you because he has stock.

Is the price different buying from NOMAD Sea Kayaking?

No. The price you pay through us is strictly regulated by the manufacturer, sometimes we may even be cheaper, with permission. This stops retailers getting in to dutch auctions thereby undermining the product & each other. Buy cheap, buy twice.

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds within the first fourteen days from the date of dispatch on unused products returned in their original packaging & without damage. Customer pays for postage. 

What should I do if I have a problem with my item?
